Farscape Returns! Yee haw!

Alright, I admit it...I'm a sucker for Farscape. Sure, those who don't appreciate its wonderfulness might look at it as "The Muppets in Space," but they would be missing the point. It's a COMPLEX, OPERATIC "Muppets in Space," thank you very much.

Farscape, for those who don't know, was the most popular show on the SciFi Channel a couple years back. This, logically, led to its cancellation after four phenomenal seasons and at the peak of its popularity. The elaborate sets were struck. The 'thank yous' went out from the producers. The cliffhanger series finale was destined never to be resolved. There was no hope.

Then came the Farscape fans. SciFi became frightened for their lives and finally relented, admitting their mistake. The result is Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars. This four hour miniseries debuts Sunday, October 17th at 9/8 C on the SciFi Channel. Check out the exciting full-length trailer here.

I have high hopes for the miniseries as it will most likely be the last we see of Farscape on the small screen. I better not be disappointed SciFi...I know where you live...

How is it possible that those two who were fried in the boat way back then could come back for a "Muppets in Space" Returns? Excuse, me I meant, Farscape Returns?
